My journey with dogs
I decided to work with dogs because I’ve always been fascinated by their behaviour and the way they communicate with the world around them. Over time, that interest grew into a real passion for understanding how dogs learn, how they develop confidence, and how the relationship between a dog and their owner can shape their behaviour. Working with dogs is incredibly rewarding because every dog is different. Each one has their own personality, learning style, and way of interacting with people. Helping owners understand their dog better and watching that relationship grow is one of the most fulfilling parts of the job.
Experience that makes a difference
With three years of professional experience, I've had the privilege of working with over 200 dogs in a vibrant daycare environment, honing my skills in understanding diverse canine temperaments and needs. My expertise extends to nurturing young minds through leading engaging puppy classes for groups of up to six, fostering foundational behaviours in a supportive setting. Additionally, I regularly manage and lead dog walk groups of four, ensuring a structured yet enjoyable experience for every dog under my care. This hands-on experience, combined with a deep understanding of puppy development and behaviour, allows me to offer truly unique and effective training and care solutions for your beloved pet.

My approach to training and caring for dogs, especially puppies, is rooted in positive reinforcement and a deep respect for each dog's individuality. I believe in creating a calm, structured, and fun environment where dogs feel safe to learn and grow. For puppies, this means gentle guidance, clear communication, and consistent routines to build a strong foundation for future behaviour. I focus on understanding their unique personality, tailoring methods to suit their learning style, and fostering confidence. It's about building a trusting relationship between dog and owner, ensuring both feel heard and understood.
